The scope of the supply of OKIN is from the designing, manufacturing, testing of the marine fender system. Our well experienced engineers handle the design work for many reputed customers such as DP world, APM, Exxon Mobil and so on. The equipment of the testing of the marine fender including rubber property, compression and shearing testing were well done in our factory.

Stronger technical force

The company boasts its strong technical force, advanced manufacturing technology, modern production equipment, perfect testing equipment and scientific testing means. To meet special demands of various ports and ships, the company has established long-term partnership with design institutes of the Ministry of Communications, Qingdao University of Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and Beijing Design Institute of Rubber Industry and builds a dedicated team of research and trial manufacturing.

Member of PIANC

PIANC is a worldwide non-political and nonprofit technical and scientific organization of national governments, corporations and private individuals. It was founded in 1885 and is the oldest international association concerned with these technical aspects of navigation. Okin fender is a corporate member of PIANC.

PIANC has introduced new methods and procedures for testing the performance of solid rubber fenders, allowing for real world operating conditions, in their document 'Guidelines for the Design of Fender Systems: 2002: Appendix A - Procedure to determine and report the performance of marine fenders '.

Our Factory and Marine Fender Products have approved by BUREA VERTITAS to PIANC 2002 Guidelines and ASTM D - Standard Test Methods for Vulcanized Rubber and Thermoplastic Elastomers-Tension.
