Multi-Purpose Port Mooring Foam Fender, also named foam-filled fender, floating fender, is fender that using light and elastic EVA foam as bumping media.

Mountains foam fender, designed based on a heat laminated 100% closed-cell foam core and a rough and thick nylon filament reinforced polyurethane skin and embedded end fittings. The material improves the fender’s design life and economic value. This product has good softness and high resistance of impact, breaking, and low temperature. It is a better bumper than a pneumatic fender and widely uses for ports, offshore, and ship berthing.

Mountains foam fenders are available in diameters from 500 mm to 2,000 mm and lengths from 1,000 mm to 4,000 mm, different foam hardness grades as well as special shapes and sizes. The fenders could be installed with a two or four-point mounting system, depending on the application.

Standard colors are black and orange, individual skin colors available upon request.
