Super Cell Fender

General Details

 

Super Cell Fender is improved over the ordinary type. It is the most commonly used fender in the world. The circular mounting base of the super cell fender makes it an extremely stable fender type.

 

Super Cell Fender has high absorption energy per unit weight. Also among all types of compressed fenders, it has the lowest compression performance change. Our OKSC super cell fenders are available in a wild range of sizes from 400H to 3000H.

 

In the front of the super cell fender system, there always be equipped with frontal frame. The frontal frame is including the steel panel and the UHMW-PE Facing Pad. It is greatly reduce the face pressure on ship panel and the friction coefficient.

  • Super cell fenders are high technical products developed to substitute common cell fenders. The rated compression reaches 55% and the E/R.H is 15% higher than E/R.H of common cell fenders.
  • The OKIN provides two types front panel, closed and opened. Closed panel has longer service life and better anti-corrosion than opened panel. It could be designed as per client’s requirements.
